Avec l\u2019EuroAirport (EAP), la r\u00e9gion dispose du troisi\u00e8me a\u00e9roport national de Suisse et du sixi\u00e8me a\u00e9roport r\u00e9gional de France. Avec son r\u00e9seau de 357 kilom\u00e8tres et plus de 40 millions de passagers transport\u00e9s par an, le RER de B\u00e2le est d\u00e9j\u00e0 un \u00e9l\u00e9ment cl\u00e9 des transports publics dans l\u2019agglom\u00e9ration transfrontali\u00e8re.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En France, l\u2019\u00e9toile ferroviaire de Mulhouse situ\u00e9e \u00e0 la crois\u00e9e des r\u00e9seaux fran\u00e7ais, suisses et allemands, est un n\u0153ud ferroviaire strat\u00e9gique du Grand Est. Ce maillage dense connecte efficacement Strasbourg, B\u00e2le, Dijon, Fribourg et la vall\u00e9e de la Thur en s\u2019appuyant sur la ligne rapide TER 200, un tram-train innovant vers la vall\u00e9e de la Thur, des liaisons interr\u00e9gionales vers la Bourgogne-Franche-Comt\u00e9 et des connexions transfrontali\u00e8res vers la Suisse et l\u2019Allemagne.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bient\u00f4t, le nord-ouest de la Suisse et le Grand Est se rapprocheront encore plus en mati\u00e8re de transports publics. Avec une phase de d\u00e9ploiement en 2035 du Programme de d\u00e9veloppement strat\u00e9gique de l\u2019infrastructure ferroviaire de la Suisse et du projet fran\u00e7ais de raccordement ferroviaire de l\u2019EuroAirport, ce sont deux lignes de RER qui franchiront alors la fronti\u00e8re entre la Suisse et la France et permettront de voyager sans changement entre ces deux r\u00e9gions \u00e9troitement li\u00e9es sur le plan \u00e9conomique.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La nouvelle offre de RER pr\u00e9vue offre des liaisons plus attractives et plus fr\u00e9quentes. L\u2019EuroAirport et la zone industrielle alentour seront desservis par le train gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 une nouvelle ligne de six kilom\u00e8tres entre Saint-Louis et Bartenheim.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La nouvelle offre de transports publics rapproche \u00e9galement les espaces culturels et les espaces de vie. Le trafic pendulaire en profite, de m\u00eame que le trafic de loisirs. Les villes telles que Saint-Louis, B\u00e2le-Ouest et Allschwil se rapprochent les unes des autres, les transports publics urbains sont encore plus \u00e9troitement imbriqu\u00e9s. Prolongement de la ligne S4 Laufen-B\u00e2le CFF jusqu\u2019\u00e0 St. Louis toutes les 30 minutes ; <br>&#8211; Mise en service de la nouvelle ligne de RER S2 Olten-B\u00e2le CFF-Saint-Louis-Mulhouse toutes les 30 minutes (toutes les 60 minutes entre Mulhouse et St. Louis en dehors des heures de pointe). <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>2\u00e8me phase \u00e0 partir de la mise en service de l\u2019EuroAirport<\/strong> <br>&#8211; Ligne S4 Laufen- B\u00e2le CFF-EuroAirport toutes les 30 minutes <br>&#8211; Ligne S2 Olten-Liestal-B\u00e2le CFF-EuroAirport-Mulhouse toutes les 30 minutes <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>3\u00e8me phase cible d\u00e8s l\u2019ach\u00e8vement du concept d\u2019offre 2035 suisse <\/strong><br>&#8211; Ligne S4 Laufen- B\u00e2le CFF-EuroAirport toutes les 30 minutes <br>&#8211; Ligne S2 Olten-Liestal-B\u00e2le CFF- B\u00e2le CFF-EuroAirport toutes les 30 minutes<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Entre l\u2019EuroAirport et B\u00e2le CFF, les lignes S2 et S4 du RER circuleront vraisemblablement 20 heures par jour. Elle b\u00e9n\u00e9ficie \u00e0 tous ceux qui se d\u00e9placent dans la r\u00e9gion m\u00e9tropolitaine de B\u00e2le pour le travail, les achats, la formation ou les loisirs. Cette offre de transport attractive incitera les automobilistes \u00e0 d\u00e9laisser leurs voitures au profit du train. Le projet de RER contribue ainsi largement \u00e0 la protection de l\u2019environnement et d\u00e9sengorge le r\u00e9seau de transport de l\u2019agglom\u00e9ration.<\/p>\n\n<\/div>\n<\/section>\n\n\n        \n                                    \n    \n\n<section class=\"section section--color-white\" id=\"\" style=\";\">\n    <div class=\"grid-container\">\n\n\n<div class=\"text-format  h5 text-format--secondary\">\n\n<p>Le potentiel est important : pr\u00e8s de <strong>40 000 pendulaires<\/strong> se d\u00e9placent chaque jour dans la zone frontali\u00e8re de la r\u00e9gion de B\u00e2le entre la France et la Suisse \u2013 <strong>dont une grande partie en voiture<\/strong>. Pour la France, le trajet Mulhouse-B\u00e2le est un axe de transport central. Mulhouse-B\u00e2le fait par ailleurs partie des nouveaux \u201c<strong>Services Express R\u00e9gionaux M\u00e9tropolitains\u201d (SERM) que la France souhaite d\u00e9velopper<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n<\/div>\n\n<\/div>\n<\/section>\n\n\n        \n                                    \n    \n\n<section class=\"section section--color-light-gray section--corner\" id=\"\" style=\";\">\n    <div class=\"grid-container\">\n<div class=\"grid-x grid-margin-x grid-padding-y align-justify  align-top \">\n\n<div class=\"cell__wp-content align-self-middle cell medium-6 large-5\">\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Le projet de raccordement ferroviaire \u00e0 l\u2019EuroAirport<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Le potentiel du projet de raccordement ferroviaire de l\u2019EuroAirport est aussi consid\u00e9rable. Avec plus de 8,9 millions de passagers et 6500 emplois directs sur le site a\u00e9roportuaire, dont 77% couverts par des salari\u00e9s fran\u00e7ais, l\u2019a\u00e9roport a un r\u00e9el potentiel d\u2019attractivit\u00e9. Ces trains disposeront d\u2019un syst\u00e8me bi-fr\u00e9quence. Les usagers du rail doivent notamment pouvoir voyager confortablement avec un seul billet valable au-del\u00e0 des fronti\u00e8res.
